Having a full extension at home has been somewhat of an upheaval for my family and there have been trying times throughout. However any dealings with yourself or anyone from your company was made pleasurable due to your honesty and willingness to help. You even fit the granite early which meant that I could move my family back home early and the lads that fit the granite were also very helpful. " I recently visited your showroom for the first time with one of my customers. This was for a proposed Kitchen/Granite installation. I would like to comment on my experience. My customer and I were extremely impressed with your showroom and attentive staff. I dealt with your very professional team and ensured that I received my quote (1567) very quickly, in a well presented manner and all the details as I had requested. On the strength of the quotation I placed an order. My real concern with this contract was the limited installation time I had available, this due to my customer going away on holiday for the duration of the contract. I had two weeks to complete everything. Granite assured me that you could complete the manufacture for me within the timescale. We agreed that I would supply the templates to you on the 16th September and you would deliver the Granite on the 23rd. I was sceptical; however, I needn’t have worried. My Granite arrived at 7:40 on the 23rd as promised. The maching and colour distribution (Cosmic Black) was superb. Exactly as my customer had requested and hoped for. No problems at all. Overall I was extremely impressed with the whole service that I received from themselves. Please could you pass on my thanks to all those involved with my order, and I will have no hesitation ordering from you again, or recommending you to others. "
